The regulations about activities of issuers of electronic money and non-bank payment service providers approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 123 of 27.06.2013 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 173-176, of the Art. 1221), with subsequent changes and amendments, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 930 of August 1 2013, to change and add as follows:

1. After Item 13-2 to add with Items 13-3 - 13-5 following contents:

"13-3. Payment societies / suppliers of post services which intend to issue electronic money prior to the related activity shall obtain the license for activities for release of electronic money according to requirements of this part.

13-4. Requirements of Chapter VI of part 2 Laws are applied to approval by National Bank of Moldova of the decision on licensing according to requirements of item 13-3 of these Regulations.
