understanding need of more effective use available for the Republic of Belarus and the Azerbaijan Republic of economic, production, financial and other capabilities,
considering mutual interest in further strengthening and development equal and mutually advantageous trade and economic and relations of production, giving of long-term and steady nature to them, effective use of economic and scientific and technical capacity of two states,
agreed as follows:
The parties realize the Program of social and economic cooperation of the Republic of Belarus and the Azerbaijan Republic till 2025 (further - the Program) which is integral part of this Agreement.
Consideration of the questions connected with the program implementation course is performed by the Intergovernmental Belarusian-Azerbaijani commission on trade and economic cooperation.
The parties pay special attention to enhancement of the contractual legal base of the economic relations of both states.
The parties render assistance in creation of favorable economic conditions for implementation of business and other economic activity, and also for projects implementation, being of mutual interest.
The parties render assistance in implementation of investment projects and participation in privatization according to the legislation of the states of each of the Parties.
