About modification and amendments in Regulations on procedure for letting of idle assets

According to the article II of the Law No. 204 of July 12, 2013 on modification and amendments in the Law on management of public property and its privatization No. 121-XVI of May 4, 2007 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 186, the Art. 607), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

In the Regulations on procedure for letting of idle assets approved by the Order of the Government No. 483 of March 29, 2008 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 69-71, 460) to make the following changes and additions:

1) in all text of the word "public organizations" shall be replaced with words "public body / public organization on self-financing, and words "budget institutions" shall be replaced with words "budget body / budgetary institution" in the corresponding case;

"6. The companies operating by the principle of self-financing include the income and expenses connected with letting of property in general financial result which are reflected in Sections profit and losses and are assessed with tax according to the procedure, established by the legislation";

5) Item 7:
