About introduction of amendments to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning pricing in the field of heat supply

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning pricing in the field of heat supply.

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service in 6-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation and Federal Antimonopoly Service till April 1, 2017 to develop and introduce the draft of the regulatory legal act providing to the Government of the Russian Federation:

date since which in the case specified in Item 2 of part 2.2 of article 8 of the Federal law "About Heat Supply", the prices are not subject to regulation and are determined by the agreement of agreement parties of heat supply and (or) delivery of heat energy (capacity) and (or) the heat carrier;

procedure for establishment of rates for the organization, agreements of heat supply and (or) delivery of heat energy (capacity) and (or) the heat carrier of which are signed at the prices determined by the agreement of the parties concerning all amount of useful leave of heat energy (heat carrier) if during the settlement period of regulation the specified organization begins to implement (to make) heat energy (capacity) and (or) the heat carrier at the prices (rates) which are subject to regulation in the cases specified in Items 1 and 2 of part 2.2 of article 8 of the Federal law "About Heat Supply".
