Questions of activities of the Ministry of questions of temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Form the Ministry of questions of temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons of Ukraine, having reorganized by merge the State agency concerning recovery of Donbass and Public service concerning the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. To the ministry of questions of temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the project of the Regulations on the specified Ministry in a month.
4. To the Ministry of Finance prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals on introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2016", having provided the expenses necessary for content of the Ministry of questions of temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons.
5. To fund of state-owned property together with the Ministry of questions of temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons to introduce in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine offers on placement of the Ministry.
