About modification and amendments in the Law o of state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs No. 220-XVI of October 19, 2007

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law o of state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs No. 220-XVI of October 19, 2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 184-187, 711), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. Item a) parts (Article 7 to state 4) in the following edition:

"a) the statement from the register in which the legal entity with foreign investments is registered, translated and notarized;".

2. In Article 12:

in part (3):

to add the prolog after the word of "representations" with words of "domestic legal entities";

Item c) to add with the text: ", which shall contain the following data:

– location (postal address, phone/fax, e-mail address) of branch or representation;

– the types of activity performed by branch or representation;

– the name of the legal entity and his orgayonizatsionno-legal form, and also the name of branch or representation if it differs from the name of the legal entity;

– surname and name of person performing functions on management of branch or representation;

– the power of the person performing functions on management of branch or representation;";

add Article with part (3-1) following of content:

"(3-1) For registration of branches or representations of foreign legal entities except the documents provided by Items b) and c) parts (3), the following documents are submitted:

a) regulations on branch or representation which shall contain the following data:

– location (postal address, phone/fax, e-mail address) of branch or representation;

– the types of activity performed by branch or representation;

– mark about the legislation of the state under which operation the foreign legal entity falls;

– the statement from the register in which the foreign legal entity is registered, translated and notarized, and also registration number of the foreign legal entity;
