In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 31, 2015 "About measures for optimization of structure and further increase in efficiency of activities of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of effective implementation of corporate management in the joint-stock companies created as a result of reorganization of foreign trade companies of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-2463:

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 10, 2016 No. 33 "About measures for implementation of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 21, 2015 No. PP-2454 "About additional measures for involvement of foreign investors in joint-stock companies" (SZ of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 6, the Art. 56):

a) from the List of joint-stock companies in which at least 15 percent of the state share in the authorized capital are implemented to foreign investors (appendix No. 1), 7 and 8 to exclude line items;

b) The list of the joint-stock companies performing activities in the field of production and primary conversion of strategic raw materials and also subjects of natural monopolies and suppliers of socially important goods and services in regulated prices (appendix No. 3), to add with line items of the following content:
