About approval of the Procedure of the international activities in the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic
In pursuance of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About interaction of state bodies in the field of foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic" and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic regulating questions of interaction of state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic when implementing the international activities I order:
1. Approve the enclosed Procedure of the international activities in the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To department of international cooperation of management of external relations to perform monitoring of execution of the Procedure.
3. To all chiefs of managements, heads of structural and subordinated divisions, territorial authorities:
- provide timely accomplishment of this order;
- quarterly, up to the 5th no later than the last month of quarter to send to management of external relations of the offer and information for inclusion in the quarterly interdepartmental plan of activities of the Ministry in the field of international cooperation;
- annually, no later than December 10 to send to management of external relations of the offer and information for inclusion in the plan of activities of the Ministry in the field of international cooperation the forthcoming year;
- no later than 14 calendar days to submit reports on holding the international actions, and also on participation of managements/employees in the international actions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the KR;
- quarterly no later than the 5th of the beginning of month of the following behind the accounting period to provide in management of external relations reports on implementation of quarterly plans of activities in the field of international cooperation.
4. To management of external relations:
- quarterly, to the 20th day of the last month of quarter to send to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic the interdepartmental plan of activities of the Ministry in the field of international cooperation;
