About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. The provisions established by the changes approved by this resolution are applied to the legal relationship which arose since forming of federal targeted investment program for 2016 and for planning period of 2017 and 2018.
3. Actions for providing the military personnel with permanent and (or) office housing and the persons equated to them on the bases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation provided by the state defense order for 2015 and for planning period of 2016 and 2017 are subject to completion within the state defense order.
Budgetary appropriations for realization of the specified actions are reflected in federal targeted investment program with breakdown on the main managers of means of the federal budget.
