About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About consumer cooperation (consumer societies, their unions) in the Republic of Belarus"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2002 "About consumer cooperation (consumer societies, their unions) in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 28, 2/842; No. 129, 2/899; 2007, No. 119, 2/1320) following changes and amendments:
1. Third of Article 2 to state part in the following edition:
"If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which are provided by this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.".
2. In Article 3:
to exclude from the paragraph of the sixth word "for trade in goods";
in paragraph eight shall be replaced with words the word of "organizations" "and the improving organizations".
3. In part one of Article 5 of the word "name of the territory (area)" shall be replaced with words "specifying on administrative and territorial unit".
4. The paragraph the fourth articles 8 after the word of "societies" to add with words "the member of which consumer society is,".
5. In Article 9:
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"perform business activity only so far as it is necessary for the authorized purposes of consumer society for the sake of which it is created, answers these purpose and answers object of activity of consumer society;";
in paragraph seven:
replace the word "form" with the word "create";
add the paragraph with the words "and charter of consumer society".
6. The fourteenth Article 10 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
