About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About population census"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 13, 2006 "About population census" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 112, 2/1241) the following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 1:
state paragraph two in the following edition:
"population census - systematic continuous state statistical observation when which carrying out collection of personal data for the established date for the purpose of forming and distribution of the total characterizing demographic and economic and social situation of the population of the Republic of Belarus is performed;";
after the paragraph of third to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:
"the depersonalized personal data - personal data from which the data allowing to identify the specific respondent are excluded;";
the fourth or twelfth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fifth or thirteenth;
the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"total - the official statistical information created by processing of personal data;";
to exclude from the paragraph of the eighth word of "the established sample";
the ninth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the schedule - the form of the state statistical observation intended for record of personal data on the questions of the program of population census specified in it;".
2. From part one of Article 2 of the word "The law of the Republic of Belarus of November 28, 2004 "About the state statistics" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 192, 2/1094)", to exclude.
3. To add article 3 after the word of "forecasts" with the words "and programs".
4. The fourth Article 8 to state part in the following edition:
