About entering of amendment into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193

Item 8 of Regulations of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 "About Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 53, 5/29310; No. 105, 5/29640; 2011, No. 107, 5/34480; No. 121, 5/34656; 2012, No. 35, 5/35330; No. 51, 5/35634; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.09.2012, 5/36275; 28.02. 2013, 5/36931; 16:05. 2013, 5/37234; 19:04. 2014, 5/38720; 30.08. 2014, 5/39331; 13:08. 2015, 5/40908) to add with part of twenty third of the following content:
"Projects of regulatory legal acts concerning state regulation of insurance activity and the security market before entering into Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus shall go to National Bank for consideration. In case of introduction of the project of regulatory legal act on the specified questions in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus information on results of consideration of this project by National Bank is attached to it.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
