expressing the aspiration to transit liberty principles,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Transit transportation of goods through the territory of the states of both Parties to the third states, except for the CIS countries, is performed by vehicles of the Parties on the basis of the permissions issued by competent authorities of the Parties, in the presence at carriers Karnet-TIROV or CMR.

Transit transportations by vehicles of the Parties to the CIS countries are performed on bezrazreshitelny basis and without collection of payment for transit.

Transit transportations are not the transportations performed along routes Uzbekistan - Kazakhstan - Uzbekistan or Kazakhstan-Uzbekistan-Kazakhstan.

Each of the Parties will provide favorable conditions for journey of vehicles of other Party including the following transit to the third countries, on the territory of the state.
