Changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1211 of October 29, 2008. "About approval of the Technical regulation "Seed Material of Corn and Sorghum" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 198-200, 1227), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the name and in all text of the Resolution and the Technical regulation of the word "Technical Regulation" and "This Technical Regulation" in all grammatical forms shall be replaced with words "Requirements" and respectively "These requirements" in the corresponding case;

2) in Requirements:

a) shall be replaced with words the words "elite" and "superelite" in all grammatical forms "basic" and "prebasic" in the corresponding case;

b) in preamble the text "Council 2004/117/EC of December 22, 2004, published in the Official magazine L 14 from 18/01/2005" shall be replaced with words "The commissions about enforcement 2012/37/EC of November 22, 2012, published in the Official magazine L 325 of November 23, 2012";

c) declare Item 3 invalid;
