About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

According to provisions of parts (2) and (3) Articles 7, parts (2) Articles 12, Items d) - g) parts (6), parts (71) - (73) and (14) - (15) article 14 of the Law No. 162-XVI of July 22, 2005 on the status of the military personnel (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 129-131, 618), with subsequent changes and amendments, and articles V of the Law No. 93 of May 29, 2014 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 174-177, 399) DECIDES: the Government

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 941 of August 17, 2006. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for execution of military service in Armed forces" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 138-141, 1026), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 9:

the subitem b) after the words "in civil higher educational institutions" to add with the words "on full-time department";

the subitem e) to add with the text at the end "except for the training periods in educational institutions of military profile which include secondary education";

2) the subitem j) Item 49 to state in the following edition:

"j) transfer of the military personnel from one type of military forces, services or military specialties in another is made in cases when that is required by interests of military structure, according to the procedure, established by the head of military structure";

3) to bring Item 50-1 of the following content:

"50-1. The contract serviceman can be appointed to equivalent or highest position, including in other settlements, without its consent.";

4) in the subitem j) Item 67:

the paragraph one to state in the following edition: "in case of finding of the woman performing military service under the contract in maternity leave or findings of the contract serviceman in child care leave – for the entire period of leave;"
