About abolition of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Crimea and state commission concerning social and economic development of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol

1. Abolish:

a) The ministry of the Russian Federation for the Crimea;

b) State commission concerning social and economic development of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.

2. Transfer functions of the abolished Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Crimea to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

3. Ceased to be valid according to Item 13 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 15.05.2018 No. 215

4. Declare invalid:
