understanding importance of bilateral ties in the field of tourism, and considering them as important and necessary factor of expansion and strengthening of friendship between the people of two countries,

being guided by the aspiration to develop cooperation in the field of tourism,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties will promote expansion of tourist exchange between both states on the basis of this agreement and in compliance with acting in the territory of the Parties with the legislation.

Article 2

The parties will promote the conclusion and implementation of contracts between the tourist companies, firms and the organizations (further referred to as "subjects"), to expansion of the contacts aimed at the development of the tourist relations, deepening of cooperation in all complex of tourist services.

Article 3

The cooperation within this agreement will be performed in the way: developments of cooperation between subjects of tourism;

organizations of exhibitions, fairs, conferences, bilateral seminars;

other forms of cooperation approved by the Parties.

Article 4

The parties will communicate about the legislation regulating questions of tourist activities, to promote distribution of promotional and information tourist materials.

Article 5

The parties will assist each other in case of preparation of professional personnel for the sphere of tourism, and also to organize exchange of scientists, journalists and experts in the field of tourism, to encourage organization activity, performing researches in the field of tourism.

Article 6

As agreed by the parties changes and additions can be made to this agreement.
