According to requirements of Articles 18, 57 - 61 Laws of Ukraine "About telecommunications", the subitem 26 of item 4 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1067, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization SOLVED:

1. Make changes to the Rules of interaction of telecommunication networks public approved by the decision of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine of December 08, 2005 No. 155, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 27, 2006 for No. 71/11945 (with changes), having been reworded as follows them which are applied.

2. To submit to department of communication together with Legal support department in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
