About introduction of amendments to article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" concerning release from conscription on mobilization of close relatives of persons, dead during direct participation in anti-terrorist operation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, Art. 255 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. The second to add part with paragraphs the fourth - the eighth the following content:

"Women and men, whose close relatives (the husband, the wife, the son, the daughter, the father, mother, the grandfather, the grandma or native (full, not full) the brother or the sister) died or were missing during conducting anti-terrorist operation from number:

military personnel or workers of the military forming formed according to the laws of Ukraine who protected independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, the dead or missing persons during direct participation in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out, being directly in areas of anti-terrorist operation during its carrying out;

employees of the companies, organizations, the organizations which were involved in ensuring conducting anti-terrorist operation and died or were missing during ensuring conducting anti-terrorist operation directly in areas and during its carrying out;

persons, the dead or missing persons during direct participation in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out, being directly in areas of anti-terrorist operation during as a part of voluntary forming which were formed or self-organized for protection of independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine provided that further such voluntary forming were included in structure of the military forming and law enforcement agencies formed according to the laws of Ukraine;
