About entering of amendment into the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2015 No. 55 "About approval of Rules of the organization of activities of railway stations"

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2015 No. 55 "About approval of Rules of the organization of activities of railway stations" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10327, published on March 3, 2015 in information - system of law of Ad_let), the following amendment:

in Rules of the organization of activities of the railway stations approved by the specified order:

add with Item 9-1 of the following content:

"9-1. For access for disabled people to services in the field of rail transport at railway stations shall be provided:

1) allocation of places with installation of special route signs for the parking of vehicles of disabled people;

2) adaptation of buildings, entrance to buildings (entrance to the building, ladders), ways of movement in the building for handicapped national groups;

3) the equipment the information signaling devices and means of communication available to disabled people with violations of sight and (or) hearing, according to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) availability of the person on duty for disabled chair carriage for servicing of disabled people with violations of the musculoskeletal device and other handicapped national groups;

5) the equipment of public toilets cabins for persons moving on for disabled chair carriages;

6) establishment of specialized payphones for persons moving on for disabled chair carriages.".
