About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2013 No. 1306

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2013 No. 1306 "About approval of Rules of content (stay) in special facilities of the Federal Migration Service or its territorial authority of the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are subject to administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation in the form of exclusion out of limits of the Russian Federation, deportation or readmission" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 2, Art. 130; 2015, No. 2, Art. 513).

1. In the name and Item 1 of the word "The Federal Migration Service or its territorial authority" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation or its territorial authority".
2. In Rules of content (stay) in special facilities of the Federal Migration Service or its territorial authority of the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are subject to administrative expulsion out of limits of the Russian Federation in the form of exclusion out of limits of the Russian Federation, the deportation or readmission approved by the specified resolution:
a) in the name and Item 1 of the word "The Federal Migration Service or its territorial authority" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation or its territorial authority";
b) in Item 2:
word in paragraph one "the director (the head, the chief)" shall be replaced with words "the head (chief)";
