About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with articles 257 and 287 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of forms of tax statements on indirect taxes, statements for commodity importation and payment of indirect taxes, notifications on the forthcoming receipt of excise goods, import (export) of goods and procedures for their filling" of April 22, 2015 No. 234 the following changes and amendments:

- in Item 1:

to replace abbreviation of "DOC" with abbreviation of "FORM";
