Article 1

Bring in article 23 of the Federal constitutional Law of June 23, 1999 No. 1-FKZ "About public vessels of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 26, Art. 3170; 2006, No. 50, Art. 5277; 2011, No. 7, Art. 899) following changes:
