About modification of subitem 7.1.14 of the decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130

1. "On single customs and tariff regulation of custom union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation" to state subitem 7.1.14 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 to No. 130 in the following edition:

"7.1.14. The civilian passenger airliners of subsubline items of 8802 40 003 5 and 8802 40 003 6 CN FEA EEU imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union using the privilege specified in subitem 7.1.13 of this Decision, and imported during the term of their operation on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union after their repair or maintenance outside customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union;".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of December 2, 2015 No. 89 "About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130 concerning separate types of civilian passenger airliners".
