About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union

According to articles 43 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Items 7 and 16 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission DECIDED:

1. No. 130 "On single customs and tariff regulation of custom union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation" to add Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 with subitem 7.1.23 of the following content:

"7.1.23. The goods and vehicles imported by residents of the Republic of Finland on the territory of Saimaa Canal leased by the Republic of Finland for implementation of the works provided by the Contract between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Finland on lease of the Russian part of Saimaa Canal by the Republic of Finland and the territory adjoining to it and about implementation of navigation through Saimaa Canal of May 27, 2010 and operation of the leasable territory.
