According to articles 43 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 7 of appendix №1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. "On single customs and tariff regulation of custom union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation" to state subitem 7.1.13 of Item 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 to No. 130 in the following edition:

"7.1.13. The civilian passenger airliners of subsubline items of 8802 40 003 5 and 8802 40 003 6 FEACN CU imported till December 31, 2023 inclusive on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of their use within the territory of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union in which import of these goods, and also for transportations between the territories of state members and (or) for international carriages is performed;".

2. This decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
