About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the ferrosilikomarganets coming from Ukraine and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union

In compliance with Item 107 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission the Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty in sizes according to appendix to the Eurasian Economic Union of the ferrosilikomarganets coming from Ukraine and classified by code 7202 30 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU imported on customs area, having established effective period of this anti-dumping measure of 5 years.

2. To provide to the state bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized in the field of customs affairs collection of the anti-dumping duty provided by this Decision, being guided by code of the CN FEA EEU.

3. To department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission taking into account line items of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union and consumers of ferrosilikomarganets concerning possibility of situation, stipulated in Item 272 Protocols on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014):

direct to producers of ferrosilikomarganets in the Eurasian Economic Union of the recommendation (behavioural conditions) about establishment of price bands taking into account the world prices on ferrosilikomarganets according to the CRU Bulk Ferroalloy Monitor edition and to exercise control of their observance;
