Territorial authorities of police are formed as legal entities of the public law in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, areas, the cities, areas in the cities and as interregional (which powers extend to several administrative and territorial units) territorial authorities within the extreme number of police and means determined on its content".
