1) in the Resolution:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. To the Ministry of Health and National company of medical insurance:

1) annually in 2 weeks time after approval by Parliament of the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance to establish the needs of the population for medical services correlated to health care system opportunities within means of the funds of compulsory medical insurance approved for the corresponding year;

2) annually, within one month after approval by Parliament of the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance to approve and publish in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova Criteria of the conclusion of contracts with medical and sanitary organizations within system of compulsory medical insurance for the corresponding year according to the needs of the population for medical services correlated to health care system opportunities within means of funds of compulsory medical insurance;

3) within one month after approval of the changes and additions made to the Single program of compulsory medical insurance to approve and publish in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova Methodological regulations on application of the Single program of compulsory medical insurance;
