Persons, with whom till January 1, 2015 for construction of facilities, the construction materials intended for production, products, designs for the purposes of housing construction, creation of industrial parks, technoparks, business incubators, infrastructure facilities, other construction were concluded according to the Federal Law of July 24, 2008 No. 161-FZ "About assistance to development of housing construction" (in the edition operating about day of entry into force of this Federal Law), lease agreements of the parcels of land specified in part 5 of this Article providing repurchase right of the specified parcels of land and (or) the parcels of land formed of them at the prices determined in these agreements can exercise such right no later than January 1, 2018 under condition, that these persons have no rent receivable and (or) to penalties (penalty fee) according to these lease agreements and on the date of receipt by Fund of the requirement (request) to sign the purchase and sale agreement of the parcels of land they satisfy all conditions for realization of such right provided by these agreements.
