Article 1

Bring in article 12 of the Federal Law of February 9, 2007 No. 16-FZ "About transport safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 7, Art. 837; 2014, No. 6, Art. 566) following changes:

To add 1) with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. Subjects of transport infrastructure, and if owners of designed projects of transport infrastructure are not determined, - the builders of objects of transport infrastructure performing designing, construction and (or) reconstruction (as a result of which the area of the reconstructed object of transport infrastructure and number of the passengers arriving and sent within calendar year will increase more than by 20 percent) the airports, the subways, and also maritime terminals, river ports and railway stations corresponding to the first and second categories, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation in the field of transport safety, and (or) referred to the specified categories shall notify about coming designing, construction and (or) reconstruction at stage of preparation of design assignment of the specified objects of transport infrastructure or development of the specification on their construction and (or) reconstruction the relevant territorial authorities of the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of internal affairs and relevant organs of the Federal Security Service.";
