Article 1

Article 11 to add 1) with Item 6.1 of the following content:

"6.1. Since January 1, 2017 production and (or) turnover (except for retail sale) alcoholic products in polymeric consumer pack (the consumer pack or packaging which is completely made of polyethylene, polystyrene, polyethyleneterephthalate or other polymeric material) by amount more than 1500 milliliters are not allowed.";
