understanding need of combination of efforts for dynamic and harmonious development of the economies and carrying out economic reforms for the benefit of increase in living standards of the population and the problem resolution of social development,
aiming to deepen mutual economic cooperation and integration for step-by-step creation of common economic space and forming of the total market on which goods, services, the capitals and labor power freely would be traded,
considering important role in consolidation of economic bonds between the companies,
full production cooperation, specialization and cooperation of production, joint investments for increase in production, more effective use of potential production and mineral raw material resources for the benefit of both states, setting the task active participation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan in forming of multilateral Economic union of the states of the Commonwealth,
agreed as follows:
The parties will perform close coordination in ensuring economic integration, creation of common economic space and forming of the total market, carrying out economic reforms, and also to pull together the economic legislation, to promote preserving and development of mutually advantageous commercial ties between the companies, the organizations and certain regions of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
