Article 1

Article 1 to add 1) with paragraphs of the following content:

"procedure for issue of repeated certificates on state registration of the acts of civil status and other documents confirming availability or lack of the fact of state registration of the act of civil status;

2) in Article 4:

Bodies of civil registration, the multipurpose centers of provision of the state and municipal services have the right to receive from state bodies, local government bodies, the organizations of the data, necessary for provision of the state services in the field of state registration of acts of civil status. Receipt of such data by bodies of civil registration or the multipurpose centers of provision of the state and municipal services is performed within interdepartmental information exchange. In case of implementation of the specified interaction the single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction and regional systems of interdepartmental electronic interaction connected to it created according to requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2010 No. 210-FZ "About the organization of provision of the state and municipal services" electronically are used.";

4) in Article 7:

a) in the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word of "foreign citizens and stateless persons" to exclude;

b) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Record of the act of civil status is constituted in Russian in electronic form and on paper.";

c) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Each record of the act of civil status shall be on paper read by the applicant, is signed by it and the head of body of civil registration or the employee of body of civil registration authorized by it or the head of the multipurpose center of provision of the state and municipal services or the employee of the multipurpose center of provision of the state and municipal services authorized by it, is under seal body of civil registration or the multipurpose center of provision of the state and municipal services. On seal of body of civil registration the State Emblem of the Russian Federation and writing of the name of body of civil registration in Russian and state language of the subject of the Russian Federation (republic) are represented. On the seal of the multipurpose center of provision of the state and municipal services used for state registration of acts of civil status the State Emblem of the Russian Federation and writing of the name of the multipurpose center of provision of the state and municipal services in Russian and state language of the subject of the Russian Federation (republic) are represented.

Each record of the act of civil status constituted in electronic form is signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature of the head of body of civil registration or the employee of body of civil registration or the head of the multipurpose center of provision of the state and municipal services or the employee of the multipurpose center of provision of the state and municipal services authorized by it authorized by it.
