About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About conscription and military service"

Being guided by Item 18 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About conscription and military service" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2012, No. 2, Article 56; 2015, No. 2, Article 92, No. 5, Article 496, No. 7, Article 821) to make the following changes:

1. In Article 21.1 after the word "branches" to add with words ", the scientific organization established by relevant organ of the executive authority";

2. In Article 21.1.4 of the word "in presentia on bachelor degree of the higher education in … higher educational institutions and their branches" shall be replaced with words "on bachelor degree, magistracy, doctoral studies in full-time courses";

3. In Article 21.1.5 of the word "steps (bachelor degree)" shall be replaced with words "at the level of bachelor degree, magistracies and doctoral studies of step".
