About modification of the Regulations on procedure for the reporting by Central Securities Depository in the National commission on securities and the stock market

According to Item and Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED 10 parts two of Article 7:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for the reporting Central Securities Depository in the National commission on securities and the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of May 28, 2013 No. 894, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 17, 2013 on No. 975/23507, the following changes:

Item 7 of the Section I to state 1) in the following edition:

"7. Calculation of prudential standard rates by the Central depositary is perfromed according to the procedure and with frequency, established by the regulatory legal act of the Commission which determines procedure and frequency of calculation of prudential standard rates in case of production of depository activity.";

2) in the Section II:

the third and fourth Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Monthly - no later than the last date following for reporting;

quarterly - no later than the date 25th (inclusive) following reporting quarter;";

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Monthly data of the Central depositary consist from:

1) certificates of prudential standard rates of the Central depositary (appendix 3);

2) certificates of basic data for calculation of the size of own means (appendix 17);

3) certificates of basic data for calculation of the fixed overheads (appendix 18);
