About entering of amendments into the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 180 of October 12, 2015 "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2016"
For the purpose of ensuring coordination of procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget in connection with the changes brought in budget classification and in some legislative and regulations, which became effective in 2015 I ORDER:
In the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 180 of October 12, 2015 "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2016" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 324-329/2283) the following changes and additions are made.
1. In the Item 3 "Receipts in the Government Budget":
1.1. Subitem 3.6. state in the following edition:
"3.6. The license fee for certain types of activity transferred into the government budget (the ECO code 114521) is paid for the licenses granted according to Art. 8 of the Law No. 451-XV of July 30, 2001 on regulation of business activity by licensing it is transferred into the budget depending on the settlement of the owner of the license, except for the licenses granted by administration of ATO Gagauzia".
2. In item 4 "Payment of the customs payments and other payments administered by customs authorities":
2.1. Subitem 4.2. state in the following edition:
"e) The administrative penalties and sanctions imposed by bodies of Customs Service, levied in the government budget for failure to pay vignette (the ECO code 143112), the IBAN code: MD42TRGAAA14311201300000".
