About entering of amendments into the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 180 of October 12, 2015 "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2016"

In the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 180 of October 12, 2015 "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2016" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, No. 324-329/2283) to make the following changes and additions.

1. In all text and in appendices No. 1, No. 5 and No. 6 the phrase "the Receiver:" To replace the Ministry of Finance on "the Receiver: MF - the State Treasury."

2. In Chapter 2 "Structure of the IBAN code" to exclude subitem 2.2.

3. To add Chapter 3 "Receipts in the government budget" with Items 3. 17, 3.18 and 3.19 in the following edition:

"3.17. Information on the IBAN codes on the collected income is submitted the relevant budget organs / organizations of the relevant budget, and payments are listed according to the following bank details:

Receiver: MF – the State Treasury.

IBAN code: according to the IBAN codes provided by budget bodies / organizations.

3.18. Obligatory payment of producers of grape and wine-making products (the ECO code 114640) paid to Fund of grapes and wine is transferred into the government budget on the IBAN code: MD80TRPAAA114640A00920AA.
