About modification of the Regulations on liquidity support by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Articles 6, of 15, of 42, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 19, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations on liquidity support by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 3, 2013 at No. 543/23075 (with changes), the following changes:

Second and third Item 1.9 of Chapter 1 of the word "the relevant resolution" shall be replaced with words 1) in paragraphs "relevant decision";

To exclude 2) in the subitem "an" of Item 3.1 of Chapter 3 of the word of "the Fund approved by administrative board".

2. To department of the public markets (Ponomarenko S. V.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits for use in work.

3. The resolution becomes effective since May 15, 2016.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Chury A. E.
