About modification of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About enforcement of the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About enforcement of the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 923) the following change:

add Article 6 with parts 9-11 of the following content:

"9. Grain import (goods item of 1001 Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity) intended for conversion by directly importer is exempted from payment of the VAT.

10. Supply of the flour made by directly importer from the grain exempted according to part 9 of this Article is the delivery exempted from the VAT.

11. To consider parts 9 and 10 of this Article voided since September 1, 2018.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
