Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for complex medical and sanitary providing and treatment of oncological diseases using expensive medical technologies of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, No. 134 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 16, 2014 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 41, Art. 1086; 2015, No. 40, the Art. 1205), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 2:
In paragraph one the word "Minsotspolitiki" to replace 1) with the word Ministry of Health;
Paragraph two to state 2) in the following edition:
"Manager of budgetary funds of the lowest level are republican body of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea concerning health care, structural divisions concerning health care of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations.".
2. In Item 3:
1) in subitem 1 of the word "the common decision of social security authorities of the population and structural divisions concerning health care of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea," shall be replaced with words "the decision of republican body of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea concerning health care, structural divisions concerning health protection";
