About modification of the Instruction for maintaining the State register of acts of civil status of citizens

1. Bring in the Instruction for maintaining the State register of acts of civil status of citizens approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 24, 2008 No. 1269/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 25, 2008 on No. 691/15382 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the Section III:

in Item 3.1:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"The statement from the Register is issued on the clean sheet of paper of the A4 format (210 x 297 millimeters) without use of the special form, makes sure the signature of the official and is sealed the relevant department of state registration of acts of civil status. In case of receipt of the statement from the Register by direct access such statement is issued without certificate by the signature and fastenings seal.";

2. Determine that the available remaining balance of special forms is used by the registrar in full.

3. To the administrator of the State register of acts of civil status of citizens to take measures for implementation of this order.

Ferens this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
