Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 21, 2014 No. 208-FZ "About features of provision of pensions of the citizens of the Russian Federation living in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 30, the Art. 4209) the following changes:

1) part 1 of article 4 after the words "from March 17 to December 31, 2014 inclusive" to add with words "and in the organizations which till March 1, 2015 did not bring the constituent documents into accord with the legislation of the Russian Federation and did not file petition for entering of information about them into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, - till February 28, 2015 inclusive, in peasant farms which till July 1, 2015 did not bring the constituent documents into accord with the legislation of the Russian Federation and did not file petition for entering of information about them into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, - till June 30, 2015 inclusive, in the religious organizations which till January 1, 2016 did not bring the constituent documents into accord with the legislation of the Russian Federation and did not file petition for entering of information about them into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, - till December 31, 2015 inclusive,";

2) in Article 5:

a) add part 2 with the offer of the following content: "Average monthly earnings (income) from April till the November, 1992 inclusive specified in transitional monetary unit - coupons, in case of appointment and recalculation of pensions are converted into rubles at the rate of 1:1.";

b) add with part 4.1 following of content:
