1. Declare invalid the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of September 29, 2011 No. 1360 "About approval of Requirements to audit opinion in case of disclosure of information by issuers of securities (except bond issuing institutions of local loan)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 28, 2011 for No. 1358/20096.
2. The audit opinion (the report of the independent auditor) who moves in the National commission on securities and the stock market in case of disclosure of information by issuers of securities (except bond issuing institutions of local loan) is constituted according to requirements of International standards of quality control, audit, the overview, other provision of confidence and the accompanying services.
3. And clerical works (A.Zaik) to provide to management of information technologies promulgation of this decision on the official site of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
4. (A. Zbarazhskaya) to provide to management of internal audit and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
5. To provide to department of the analysis, strategy and development of the legislation (M. Libanov) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
