Bring in §28-3 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2014, No. 24, the Art. 735), changes which are applied.

1. State Items 2 and 6 in the following edition:
"2. The decision of government committee is deemed accepted if most of members of government committee and persons having the right of casting vote voted for it.".
"6. The meeting of government committee is competent if the total number of his members and persons having the right of casting vote who are present at meeting constitutes more than a half of the approved official structure of committee.".
2. In Item 7 of the word" (under preliminary approval of the chairman of committee)" shall be replaced with words "what in writing reports to the chairman of government committee not later than 12 hours prior to holding meeting about".
