Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of March 02, 2012 No. 101 "Some questions of realization of Item 1 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" the Tax code of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 15, 2012 for No. 395/20708.
2. To provide to department of financial credit policy submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Minister Krasnopolsky Ya. V.
