About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2008 No. 1490

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2008 No. 1490 "About some questions of professional pension insurance" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 249, 5/28508; 2010, No. 29, 5/31178; No. 288, 5/32897; 2011, No. 81, 5/34137; No. 122, 5/34690; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 07.09. 2013, 5/37742; 06:09. 2014, 5/39352) following changes and amendments:

1.1. in subitem 2.7 of Item 2 of the word "playing professional sports" shall be replaced with words "performing activities in the field of professional sport";

1.2. in the Section I "Aircrew of civil aviation" of the list of positions of workers of flight and flight-test structures of civil aviation for the purposes of the professional pension insurance approved by this resolution:

in Item 1:

state subitem 1.3 in the following edition:

"1.3. pilot (second pilot)";

add Item with subitem 1.9 of the following content:

"1.9. technical pilot";

add Item 3 with subitems 3.12 and 3.13 of the following content:

"3.12. head of department of flight standards

3.13. head of department of trainings";

1.3. in the list of categories of actors of theaters and other theatrical and spectacular organizations, collectives of art creativity for the purposes of professional pension insurance approved by this resolution:

to exclude subitems 1.3 and 1.6 from Item 1;

to state subitem 2.6 of Item 2 in the following edition:

"2.6. actresses-vocalists (soloist) of opera and ballet theaters, musical and musical and drama theaters, concert organizations, professional collectives of art creativity, teleradio organizations.";
