About entering of amendments and changes into some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of paragraph two of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2016 "About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning notarial activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 107, 5/9385; 2008, No. 54, 5/26856; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.02.2014, 5/38465; 27.11. 2014, 5/39741):

to add subitem 5.6 of Item 5 with words ", control of activities of notaries regarding observance of the legislation on prevention of legalization of income gained in the criminal way, financings of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction by them";

in part one of subitem 6.20 of Item 6:

after paragraph one to add part with the paragraph of the following content:

"performs (monitoring) on the questions relating to the sphere of its control activities takes out to the checked subjects instructions, obligatory for execution, about elimination of the violations of the law established during conducting checks submits recommendations about elimination of the violations (shortcomings) found during monitoring;";
