For the purpose of stable providing consumers with natural gas the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve regulations of consumption of natural gas by the population in the absence of gas meters according to appendix.
2. Determine that application of regulations of consumption of natural gas the population in the absence of the gas meters approved by Item 1 of this resolution is performed since February 1, 2016.
