About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning share of pieces of music in state language in programs of the teleradio organizations

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About National council of Ukraine concerning television and broadcasting" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, Art. 265; 2006, No. 18, Art. 155; 2011, No. 28, Art. 252; 2014, No. 20-21, of Art. 715; 2015, No. 45, Art. 409):

to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:

"Supervision of observance of requirements of the legislation of Ukraine by the teleradio organizations concerning share of national audiovisual product";

after the paragraph of the eighth to add with two new paragraphs of the following content:

"Supervision of observance by the teleradio organizations performing broadcasting, requirements of the legislation of Ukraine concerning shares of songs (verbal pieces of music) in state language and in official languages of the European Union in volume of the songs distributed within a day and also during the temporary intervals determined by the law;

supervision of observance by the teleradio organizations performing broadcasting, requirements of the legislation of Ukraine for amount of conducting transfers in state language".

With respect thereto the ninth - the thirteenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the eleventh - the fifteenth.

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About television and broadcasting" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 18, Art. 155 with subsequent changes):

Article 1 to add 1) taking into account alphabetic procedure with the term of the following content:

"Broadcasting - production, completing and distribution of audiotransfers (audioprograms) with use of radio-frequency resource which are accepted by any number of receivers";

2) in Article 9:
